Installers Needed for Installation of the following:
- 6” & 7” Seamless Gutters and Gutter Helmet
- Awning and Retractable Screens
- Replacement Windows & Patio Doors

- Serving Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
- Currently have openings for 3 full time installers
- Offer high compensation for high quality work.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1+ year experience in construction or installation
- Valid Driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
- Personal tools (business does not provide)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to provide a five-star customer experience
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license and insurance, clean record, and reliable transportation
- Need a Smart phone
- Proven Track Record of Success both Financially and Professionally
- Strong communication skills with Professional Selling Skills
- Friendly, Energetic and Competitive Personality
- Business to Consumer or Business to Business Sales Preferred (No Order Takers)
- Home Improvement (1 Call Closers) Experience a Plus
- Self-Motivated with a desire to find a company as professional as you
What you can expect:
- Pre-set/Confirmed leads
- No Cold Calling or Door Knocking
- Weekly commissions through Direct Deposit with Monthly Sales Bonuses for outstanding reps
- Earning expectations are $75,000 (first year) to $250,000+ per year afterward
